Stock Control
Multi-location with bin-location markers per defined location
Define products according to class; Regular, Composed or Assembled allowing you to create products according to logic and behavior patterns, determine exact property and function of product.
Stock allocation methods allowed per product : Fifo, Lifo, Expiry Date, Manual, giving you the advantage of costing your stock with various methods.
Different Pack Sizes can be defined per product allowing for individual costings and information.
Every product and pack size can have its own barcodes and re-order levels & quantities.
Stock Valuation using first, last, average and actual cost. Using direct allocation with your purchases, we are able to provide you with your actual costs.

Sales Management
Clients : Multiple phones/address’s, web info, product/service % discount, retail/wholesale, terms, limit, ten custom grouping levels, five customable custom fields, history, payments, real-time balance, chronological transactions, point scheme.
SO Management : generate an SO on a client which then leads to one of the following: cash sale, invoice, goods on consignment, quote.
Cash Sale. Touch-type and standard screens available.
You control if the system will allow negative SO’s / sales or not.
Payment Types include Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, On Account, Credit Note. Furthermore, combinations are allowed.
Barcode Info. Scan an item and you will be given ‘supermarket-like’ info on that item : Code, Description, Pack Size, Retail price and Wholesale price
Salesmen. Sales docs are processed per salesman thus allowing you to establish the amount and % of sales per product per salesman.
Sales incentive. Define your own loyalty schemes, point schemes & discount structures that can be linked to specific documents, clients, groupings, products etc…

Purchases Management
Suppliers : multiple phones/address, web info, currency, limit, terms, history, payments, agreed prices per product, balance to date.
PO Management. Create purchase orders directly from user pre-selected products which will automatically generate and open PO’s per supplier with the correct pre-defined re-order qty’s and unit prices. Fax, print or e-mail PO to supplier. Adjust qty’s and products on PO according to supplies delivered. Keep track of open items. Adjust and update PO’s as necessary. Generate supplier consignment automatically once PO is updated.
Consignment. Handles invoice date, currency, exchange rate, Vat, Eco, discounts, unit & total cost, freight, handling etc… Load additional costs by value, weight or volume.
Payments. Enter supplier payments (cash, cheque) and allocate against invoices. Manual or automatic allocation methods are provided. Very simple interface complete with a point and drag option to facilitate allocation of payments against supplier invoices.

Reporting
nl-Boss allows the user to design any type of report using any choice of fields. With this great feature, the user has the power to report data in any constructive or analytical way that is deemed necessary. Furthermore, once the user has defined the report, he/she may also have the data represented in any graphical manner by selecting our charting button.
